右美托咪定在下肢骨折患者椎管内麻醉手术的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的目的探究临床在椎管内麻醉(IA)手术中对下肢骨折(LLF)患者应用右美托咪定(Dex)的疗效。方法方法本文选取从2019年1月起行IA手术的LLF患者,并终止于2023年12月,共入选60例LLF患者,其中30例选用丙泊酚(Pro)麻醉者设为Pro组,另30例选用Dex麻醉者设为Dex组。对比体征水平、副反应及认知水平。结果结果与Pro组相比,Dex组切皮时T2、T3、T4时体征水平均更低(P<0.05)。与Pro组相比,Dex组副反应更少(P<0.05)。与Pro组相比,Dex组术后6h、1d时认知水平更高(P<0.05)。结论结论临床在IA手术中对LLF患者应用Dex麻醉后,可稳定血液系统,还可减少副反应,保护其认知,麻醉安全可靠,可推广借鉴。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of dexmedetomidine(Dex)applied to patients with lower limb fracture(LLF)in intrathecal anesthesia(IA)surgery.Method In this paper,60 LLF patients who underwent IA surgery from January 2019 and terminated in December 2023 were enrolled,of which 30 cases who chose propofol(Pro)anesthesia were set up as the Pro group,and the other 30 cases who chose Dex anesthesia were set up as the Dex group.The level of signs,side effects and cognitive level were compared.Result Com⁃pared with the Pro group,the Dex group had lower levels of signs at T2,T3,and T4 at the time of skin incision(P<0.05).Compared with the Pro group,the Dex group had fewer side effects(P<0.05).Compared with the Pro group,the Dex group had higher levels of cognition at 6h and 1d postoperatively(P<0.05).Conclusion After clinically applying Dex anesthesia to LLF patients in IA surgery,it can stabilize the blood system and also reduce side effects and protect their cognition,and the anesthesia is safe and reliable,so it can be promoted for reference.
