基于PEST分析的新时代环渤海经济圈滨海体育旅游高质量发展研究

摘　　要：新时代环渤海经济圈是我国经济发展的第三大增长极,是三北地区发展的重要引擎。环渤海经济圈滨海体育旅游的高质量发展是提高环渤海经济圈综合实力的重要举措,同时对提高环渤海经济圈在全国的经济占比具有重要作用。本文运用PEST分析法,从政治、经济、社会和技术4个维度,深入探究新时代环渤海滨海体育旅游的高质量发展,全面剖析其发展的外部环境。基于此,提出如下发展路径:建立跨区域机构,保障政策有效对接;开展全面调研评估,突出特色进行开发;提升产品品质,加大市场营销力度;完善基础设施建设,优化示范基地;加强人才培养,建立健全激励机制。In the new age,the Bohai Rim Economic Circle has emerged as China's third major economic growth pole and a pivotal engine for regional development in the three northern regions(the Northeast,the northerm North,and the Northwest of China),with the high-quality advancement of its coastal sports tourism sector serving as a critical strategy to elevate its comprehensive competitiveness and amplify its economic contribution nationally.Utilizing the PEST analysis framework(political,economic,social,and technological dimensions),this study examines the external environment shaping the sector's development and proposes actionable pathways,including establishing cross-regional institutions for policy coordination,conducting tailored regional assessments to highlight unique strengths,enhancing product quality and marketing,upgrading infrastructure and demonstration bases,and fostering talent development with robust incentive mechanisms.
