摘　　要：本文采用文献资料法、实地考察法、逻辑分析法和fsQCA法,根据TOE理论,以A市20家青少年体育俱乐部为案例样本,从技术创新、组织管理、市场环境3个维度构建影响青少年体育俱乐部高质量发展的多重并发因素框架,探究实现路径。研究认为:青少年体育俱乐部高质量发展是多种因素共同作用的结果,总结为“组织运行”核心主导型、“技术基础设施”统筹驱动型、“技术创新+人才培养”助力驱动型和“组织运行+政策资金支持+客源市场”均衡驱动型3种组态路径。This paper adopts the research methods of literature review,field investigation,logical analysis,and fs QCA.Based on the TOE theory,20 youth sports clubs in City A are taken as case samples to construct a multiple concurrent factor framework that affects the high-quality development of youth sports clubs from three dimensions:technological innovation,organizational management,and market environment,and explore the implementation path.Research suggests that the high-quality development of youth sports clubs is the result of multiple factors working together,summarized as three configuration paths:"organizational operation"core leadership,"coordinated driving of technological infrastructure","technological innovation+talent cultivation"assistance driving,and"balanced driving of organizational operation+policy funding support + customer market".
