摘 要:目的:通过对健康大学生骑自行车时的3种骑踏方式进行研究,研究不同骑踏方式下健康大学生足底压力大小、分布与变化的特征。方法:运用WIN-TRACK(16K026n^(0))步态分析仪和Cateye Ergociser EC-1200固定自行车,对50名健康大学生进行功率自行车骑踏测试。首先收集受试者基本资料以及骑行前的步态数据,其次进行足前掌、足中、足后跟3种骑踏方式测试,最后收集测试后的步态数据,观察不同骑踏方式的足底压力大小、分布与变化。结果:(1)平均压力与最大压力值方面,足前掌、足后跟骑踏方式将增大两值,足中骑踏方式减小两值,三者间的压力值大小关系趋势为足后跟>足前掌>足中。(2)双足区域压力分布值方面,足前掌与足中骑踏方式间的双足区域压力值无差异(P>0.05),足后跟与足前掌、足中均差异显著(P<0.05);左、右前区域中,足中骑踏方式的压力分布值最大;左、右后区域中,足后跟骑踏方式的压力分布值最大;3种骑踏方式测试后的最小压力值均分布于右前区。结论:自行车不同骑踏方式会造成健康大学生足底压力值分布不同,在日常骑行中骑行者应根据真实骑行需要,选择适宜的骑踏方式。The purpose of this research is to further grasp the characteristics of the size,distribution and change of the foot pressure of healthy college students under different riding modes by studying the three riding modes of healthy college students.Methods:Using WIN-TRACK(16K026n^(0))gait analyzer and Cateye Ergociser EC-1200 stationary bicycle,50 healthy college students were tested for power cycling.Then,three riding methods of forefoot,midfoot and heel were tested,and finally the gait data after the test was collected to observe the size,distribution and changes of plantar pressure in dfferent riding methods.Results:(i)Average pressure and maximum pressure value.The forefoot and heel riding mode will increase by two values,and the midfoot riding mode will decrease by two values.The trend of the pressure value between the three is heel>forefoot>midfoot.(i)About the pressure distribution value of the bipedal-area,there was no difference in the pressure value of the bi-foot area between the forefoot and midfoot riding styles(P>0.05),but there were significant differences between the heel and the forefoot and midfoot(P<0.05);in the left and right frontal areas,the foot The pressure distribution value of the middle riding mode is the largest;in the left and right rear areas,the pressure distribution value of the heel riding mode is the largest;the minimum pressure values after the three riding modes are all distributed in the right front area.Conclusion:Different riding modes of bicycles will cause different distribution of plantar pressure values of healthy college students.In daily riding,riders should choose appropriate riding modes according to their real riding needs.
