摘  要:本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,在分析心理韧性的内涵及影响因素的基础上,探讨高校篮球教学培养学生心理韧性的重要性,并提出相应的培养策略。研究发现:高校篮球教学培养学生心理韧性的重要性主要体现在提升学生应对压力的能力、增强学生自信心、培养学生团队协作精神、提升学生自我管理能力以及塑造学生积极心态等方面。基于此,提出借助认知训练、情绪管理、应激训练和团队支持等具体策略,以此强化学生心理韧性的培养。This study employs literature research method and logical analysis method to explore the importance of cultivating psychological resilience in college basketball instruction and proposes corresponding strategies,based on an analysis of the concept and influencing factors of psychological resilience.The findings reveal that the significance of fostering psychological resilience in college basketball instruction lies in enhancing students'ability to cope with pressure,boosting self-confidence,nurturing teamwork spirit,improving self-management skills,and shaping a positive mindset.Based on these findings,specific strategies are proposed,including cognitive training emotional management,stress inoculation training,and team support,to strengthen the cultivation of students'psychological resilience.
