摘　　要：本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,在分析职业发展教育基本内涵的基础上,审视高校体育专业学生职业发展教育存在的问题,并提出相应的优化路径。研究发现:我国高校体育专业学生职业发展教育存在社会价值观导向不足而过度聚焦个人价值、“自我导向”不足难以支撑职业发展需要、内在运行机制脱离体育市场需求、外在嵌入制度缺少政策支持和话语体系建构等问题。据此,本文从塑造正确的体育职业发展观、立足体育专业学生主体地位、破解体育领域产教融合难题、建立健全体育行业发展政策体系等方面提出优化路径。This paper adopts research methods such as literature review and logical analysis to analyze the basic connotation of vocational development education,examine the problems existing in the vocational development education of sports majors in colleges and universities,and put forward corresponding optimization paths.It is found that there are problems in the vocational development education of college sports majors in China,such as insufficient orientation of social values and excessive focus on personal values,insufficient"self-orientation"to support the needs of career development,the internal operation mechanism detached from the demand of the sports market,and a lack of policy support and discourse system construction in the external embedded system,etc.Accordingly,this paper proposes optimization paths from shaping a correct view of sports career development,basing on the main position of sports students,solving the problems of industry-education integration in the field of sports,and establishing a sound policy system for the sports development.
