摘　　要：目的:探讨在体力活动不足等新型职业健康挑战背景下中国的信息技术(IT)人群体力活动的潜在影响因素及各因素指标的重要性排序。方法:基于主成分和灰色关联分析方法,对国内5个信息技术产业发达城市的605名IT行业从业人员进行问卷调查,从个人、人际关系、环境、政策等维度对IT人群体力活动的有关情况进行归因分析。结果:IT人群体力活动参与受自我效能指标影响最大,其次为社会支持指标;Spearman相关分析结果显示,体力活动水平与自我效能、运动价值认同、社会支持、公司和社区环境、政策宣传总分均呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:我国IT人群体力活动水平受到多层面因素的影响,按其重要程度排序分别为自我效能、社会支持、运动价值认同、公司与社区环境、政策宣传、设施环境。The objective of this paper is to explore the potential influencing factors of physical activity among Chinese Information technology(IT)professionals and the importance ranking of these factors in the context of new occupational health challenges such as insufficient physical activity.Methods:Utilizing principal component analysis and grey relational analysis methods,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 605 IT industry professionals from five cities in China with developed information technology industries.The survey analyzed the situation related to the physical activity of the IT professionals from dimensions such as personal,interpersonal relationships,environment,and policy.Results:The participation in physical activity among the IT professionals was most significantly influenced by the self-efficacy indicator,followed by the social support indicator.The Spearman correlation analysis results showed that physical activity level was positively correlated with self-efficacy,sports value identification,social support,company and community environment,and total score of policy promotion(P<0.01).Conclusion:The level of physical activity among the IT professionals in China is influenced by multiple factors,ranked by importance being self-efficacy,social support,recognition of the value of exercise,company and community environment,policy promotion,and facility environment.
