我国智慧社区健身中心的运营模式、现实困境与纾解路径

摘　　要：智慧社区健身中心作为社区服务的重要组成部分,在促进社区高质量发展方面发挥着重要作用。本文采用文献资料法、实地考察法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,阐释智慧社区健身中心的3种运营模式,剖析其存在的现实困境,并提出纾解路径。研究发现:我国智慧社区健身中心运营模式主要有政府主导模式、市场主导模式、政企社合作模式3种模式。3种模式在发展过程中存在多主体协同动力不足、多元化融资渠道匮乏、服务内容与需求脱节、复合型专业人才短缺等现实困境。基于此,提出相应的纾解路径:明确各方主体职责,建立有效协同机制;拓宽资金来源渠道,鼓励长期资金投入;优化运营服务系统,精准对接用户需求;构建交叉培养路径,完善人才培养模式。建议智慧社区健身中心在运营过程中应深化多方联动机制;创新资金来源方式;服务对接用户需求;重视人才引进培养。Smart community fitness centers,as an important component of community services,play a crucial role in promoting high-quality community development.This article adopts research methods such as literature review,field investigation,and logical analysis to explain the three operational models of smart community fitness centers,analyze their existing practical difficulties,and propose solutions.Research has found that there are three main operating models for smart community fitness centers in China:government led model,market led model,and government-enterprise-society cooperation model.In the process of development,there are practical difficulties such as insufficient multi-party collaboration,lack of diversified financing channels,disconnection between service content and demand,and shortage of composite professional talents.Based on this,corresponding relief paths are proposed:clarifying the responsibilities of all parties and establishing effective cllaborative mechanisms;expanding funding sources and encouraging long-term capital investment;optimizing the operation service system,to accurately connect with user needs;building a cross training path and improving the talent training model.Therefore,the smart community fitness center should deepen the multi-party linkage mechanism in the operation process,innovate funding sources,emphasize user needs and the introduction and cultivation of talents.
