积极老龄化视域下社区老年公共体育服务智慧化的现实困境与实践方略

摘　　要：随着人口老龄化的加剧,积极老龄化成为应对老龄化挑战的重要理念。社区老年公共体育服务智慧化是实现积极老龄化的重要途径之一。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,探讨积极老龄化视域下社区老年公共体育服务智慧化的现实困境,并提出相应的实践方略。研究发现,社区老年公共体育服务智慧化面临着复合型人才短缺、体育设施适老化存在挑战、体育设施实施场地缺失、质量参差不齐、老年人存在数字鸿沟以及体育锻炼参与度较低等现实困境。据此,提出构建复合型人才培养与引进策略、推进适老化体育器材与设施的全面发展、定期进行设施的维护与升级、缩小数字鸿沟等实践方略,旨在推动社区老年公共体育服务的智慧化发展,实现积极老龄化的目标。With the intensification of population aging,active aging has become an important concept while addressing the challenges of aging.This paper adopts research methods such as literature review and logical analysis to explore the practical difficulties of intelligent community elderly public sports services from the perspective of active aging,and proposes corresponding practical strategies.Research has found that the intelligentization of community elderly public sports services faces practical challenges such as a shortage of versatile talents,challenges in adapting sports facilities to aging,insufficient quality and quantity of sports venues,a digital divide among the elderly,and low participation in physical exercise.Based on this,practical strategies such as building a comprehensive talent cultivation and introduction strategy,promoting the comprehensive development of aging friendly sports equipment and facilities,regularly maintaining and upgrading facilities,and narrowing the digital divide are proposed to promote the intelligent development of community elderly public sports services and achieve the goal of active aging.
