破界与跃迁:AIGC技术浪潮下体育媒体人才培养的创新路径

摘　　要：以ChatGPT、SORA为代表的生成式人工智能(简称AIGC)的诞生,为体育媒体人才培养的创新发展带来了无限可能。本文在剖析AIGC技术对传统体育媒体人才培养方法颠覆的基础上,立足于社会构建论、技术的社会建构论和人机协作教育理论,探讨AIGC技术浪潮下体育媒体人才培养的破界与跃迁。研究认为:AIGC技术浪潮下体育媒体人才培养的破界,应从实用主义向人本主义转型、知识教育向情感教育升级、语言能力从平面向纵横延伸、单一化学科人才向跨界“体育媒体+”人才升级等方面进行。AIGC技术浪潮下体育媒体人才培养的跃迁,应从文化融合、思想融合、目标融合,业务融合、考察融合5个路径进行。本文旨在通过创新培养符合时代的体育媒体人才路径,推动体育媒体新质生产力的革命性发展。The emergence of generative artificial intelligence(AIGC)represented by ChatGPT and SORA has brought infinite possibilities for the innovation and development of sports media talent training.Based on the analysis of AIGC technology's subversion of the traditional sports media human cultivation method,this paper discusses the breakthrough and leap of sports media talent training in the wave of AIGC technology based on the theory of social construction,the social construction theory of technology and the theory of human-computer collaborative education.The study believes that the breakthrough of sports media talent training under the wave of AIGC technology should be carried out in terms of the transformation from pragmatism to humanism,the upgrading of knowledge education to emotional education,the extension of language ability from plane to vertical and horizontal,and the upgrading of single chemistry talents to cross-border“sports media+”talents.The leap in the cultivation of sports media talents in the wave of AIGC technology should be carried out from five paths:cultural integration,ideological integration,goal integration,business integration,and investigation integration.The purpose of this paper is to cultivate sports media talents in line with the times through innovative paths,and promote the revolutionary development of new quality productivity of sports media.
