摘　　要：复合酶制剂是一种含有多种酶类的混合制剂,常用的如蛋白酶、葡萄糖氧化酶、木聚糖酶、纤维素酶和植酸酶等。在日粮中添加复合酶制剂具有改善鸡的生长性能,帮助维持肠道环境稳态,降低应激反应,提高免疫力等作用。本文综述了复合酶制剂的种类、影响作用效果的因素和调控鸡肠道免疫屏障的机制,为复合酶制剂在家禽生产中的应用提供参考。Compound enzyme preparation is a mixed preparation containing a variety of enzymes,such as protease,glucose oxidase,xylanase,cellulase and phytase,etc.Adding compound enzyme preparations to the diet had the effects of improving the growth performance of chickens,helping to maintain intestinal environmental homeostasis,reducing stress response,and improving immunity.In this paper,the types of compound enzyme preparations,the factors affecting the effect and the mechanism of regulating the intestinal immune barrier of chickens were reviewed,so as to provide a reference for the application of compound enzyme preparations in poultry production.
