摘 要:为探讨复方中草药对热应激条件下肉羊生理指标、生长性能及血清生化指标的影响,选取体况良好、体重相近的育肥期杂交肉羊,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复15只。试验组日粮中分别添加0.5%、1.0%和1.5%的复方中草药,对照组饲喂基础日粮。试验期30 d。结果表明:整个试验期间羊舍内环境温湿度指数(THI)>76,处于中度热应激状态。试验第20天,1.0%组羊的呼吸频率与对照组相比降低了4.3%,差异显著(P<0.05);第30天,1.0%和1.5%组羊的呼吸频率与对照组相比分别降低了6.07%和5.67%,差异显著(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,1.0%组羊的平均日采食量、平均日增重分别提高了10.27%、12.46%,差异显著(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,1.0%组羊的总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLB)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量分别提高了10.26%、12.24%、8.56%、5.19%、12.38%和8.50%,差异显著(P<0.05);总胆固醇(T-CHO)、甘油三酯(TG)、尿素氮(BUN)、葡萄糖(GLU)和丙二醛(MDA)的含量分别降低了6.05%、10.52%、8.98%、7.73%和7.88%,差异显著(P<0.05)。与对照组相比1.0%和1.5%组的免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量分别提高了10.07%、9.56%,差异显著(P<0.05),1.0%组免疫球蛋白A(IgA)和白细胞介素6(IL-6)含量分别提高了10.60%、11.46%,差异显著(P<0.05)。综上,饲粮中添加复方中草药可以显著改善肉羊的热应激反应,添加量以1.0%效果最好。The experiment aimed to explore the effects of compound Chinese medicine on physiological indicators,growth performance,and serum biochemical indicators of meat sheep under heat stress conditions.Fattening period hybrid meat sheep with good physical condition and similar weight,were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 3 replicates in each group,and 15 sheep in each replicate.The experimental group was fed with 0.5%,1.0%,and 1.5%of compound traditional Chinese medicine,respectively,while the control group was fed with a basic diet.The experimental period was 30 days.The results showed that during the entire experimental period,the temperature and humidity index(THI)of the environment inside the sheep shed was greater than 76,and the sheep were in a moderate heat stress state.On the 20th day of the experiment,the respiratory rate of the 1.0%group of sheep was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);On the 30th day,the respiratory rates of the 1.0%and 1.5%groups of sheep were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the average daily feed intake,average daily weight gain,and final weight of the 1.0%and 1.5%groups of sheep were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),globulin(GLB),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),and superoxide dismutase(SOD)content in the 1.0%group were significantly increased(P<0.05);The contents of total cholesterol(T-CHO),triglycerides(TG),urea nitrogen(BUN),glucose(GLU),and malondialdehyde(MDA)were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of immunoglobulin G(IgG)in the 1.0%and 1.5%groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and immunoglobulin A(IgA)in the 1.0%group were significantly increased(P<0.05).The results suggested that adding compound Chinese medicine to the diet could significantly improve the heat stress response of meat sheep,with the best effect achieved
