摘 要:为分析辅酶Q10渣的营养价值,试验收集国内辅酶Q10生产厂家的辅酶Q10渣样品共12个,分析辅酶Q10渣养分含量,并采用单胃动物仿生消化系统(SDS-Ⅲ)测定辅酶Q10渣鸡、鸭、猪干物质消化率、总能消化率和酶水解物能值。结果显示:辅酶Q10渣粗蛋白质含量平均为71.92%,氨基酸总和平均为67.34%,赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸含量分别为3.08%、2.17%、3.30%,胱氨酸含量最低,为0.28%,谷氨酸含量最高,为8.04%,氨基酸组成与谷氨酸渣相似。辅酶Q10渣总能平均为24.74 MJ/kg,猪干物质消化率、总能消化率及酶水解物能值显著高于鸡、鸭,鸡、鸭间无显著性差异。辅酶Q10渣鸡、鸭、猪干物质消化率分别为61.30%、61.85%、70.51%,总能消化率分别为66.52%、66.95%、72.66%,酶水解物能值分别为16.45、16.58、17.98 MJ/kg。综上所述,辅酶Q10渣是能值较高的优质蛋白质原料,可作为较好的非常规蛋白原料替代畜禽饲料中部分豆粕,以缓解我国蛋白饲料资源短缺问题。The objective of this study was to evaluate the nutritional value of coenzyme Q10 residue.A total of 12 coenzyme Q10 residues were sampled for nutrients analysis from domestic coenzyme Q10 manufacturers.The dry matter digestibility,gross energy digestibility and enzymatic hydrolysate gross energy of coenzyme Q10 residue were analyzed with monogastric animal simulated digestion system for chickens,ducks and pigs.The results showed that the average crude protein content of coenzyme Q10 residue was 71.92%.The sum of amino acids was 67.34%in average.The concentration of lysine,methionine and threonine were 3.08%,2.17%and 3.30%,respectively.The content of cystine was the lowest(0.28%)and the content of glutamic acid was the greatest(8.04%).The amino acid composition of coenzyme Q10 residue was similar to that of glutamic acid residue.The average gross energy of coenzyme Q10 residue was 24.74 MJ/kg DM.The dry matter digestibility,gross energy digestibility and enzymatic hydrolysate gross energy of coenzyme Q10 residue were significantly greater in pigs than in chickens and ducks.There was no significant difference between chickens and ducks.The dry matter digestibility of coenzyme Q10 residue in chickens,ducks and pigs was 61.30%,61.85%and 70.51%,respectively.The gross energy digestibility of coenzyme Q10 residue in chickens,ducks and pigs was 66.52%,66.95%,72.66%,respectively.The enzymatic hydrolysate gross energy of coenzyme Q10 residue in chickens,ducks and pigs was 16.45,16.58,17.98 MJ/kg on the dry matter basis.In conclusion,the coenzyme Q10 residue was excellent unconventional protein feed ingredient with more energy value.It could replace soybean meal in animal feed and alleviate the shortage of protein sources in China.
