摘  要:为探究艾草粉对湖羊生长性能、肉品质、脂质代谢、消化酶活力与肠道菌群的影响,试验选取90只健康状况良好的75日龄湖羊,随机分成3组,每组设6个重复,每个重复5只。对照组(D组)饲喂基础饲粮,试验组(AS1、AS2组)分别饲喂添加5%、10%艾草粉的试验饲粮,试验期60 d。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,AS2组湖羊平均日增重(ADG)提高了25.00%(P<0.05)。(2)AS2组湖羊肌肉粗脂肪含量降低了7.30%(P<0.05),不饱和脂肪酸总量提高了9.98%(P<0.05);AS1、AS2组湖羊肌肉胆固醇和饱和脂肪酸总量分别降低了14.67%、26.27%和11.56%、13.35%(P<0.05),多不饱和脂肪酸总量分别提高了15.39%、19.84%(P<0.05)。(3)AS2组湖羊血清中高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、总蛋白(TP)、球蛋白(GLO)含量以及碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性分别提高了94.64%、64.19%、127.10%、46.08%、175.81%(P<0.05),甘油三酯(TG)、丙二醛(MDA)含量分别降低了61.21%、73.53%(P<0.05)。(4)AS2组回肠内容物中淀粉酶和胰蛋白酶活力分别提高了27.78%、53.54%(P<0.05);AS1、AS2组湖羊回肠内容物中脂肪酶和糜蛋白酶活力分别提高了29.32%、34.53%和46.05%、81.52%(P<0.05)。(5)AS2组湖羊十二指肠、空肠黏膜中闭合小环蛋白1(ZO-1)含量分别提高了23.98%、26.84%(P<0.05),回肠黏膜中闭锁蛋白1(CLDN1)、咬合蛋白(Occludin)含量分别提高了6.18%、6.18%(P<0.05)。(6)饲粮中添加不同比例艾草粉可显著提高各试验组羊肠道菌群的丰富度,AS2组湖羊盲肠中的厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)、放线菌门(Actinobacteria)、疣微菌门(Verrucomicrobia)、双歧杆菌属(Bifidobacterium)相对丰度分别提高了4.36%、131.90%、22.58%、294.74%(P<0.05)。综上所述,在饲粮中添加5%~10%的艾草粉可显著提高湖羊的生长性能,改善肉品质和脂质代谢,提高血清抗氧化能力、肠道机械屏障功能和消化酶活力,同时提高肠道菌群的丰富度,其中添加10%艾草粉效果The experiment conducted to study the effects of Artemisia argyi powder on growth performance,meat quality,lipid metabolism,digestive enzyme activity and intestinal flora of Hu sheep.Ninety 75-day-old Hu sheep in good health were randomly divided into 3 groups,with 6 replicates in each group and 5 sheep in each replicate.The control group(D group)was fed with basic diet,and the experimental groups(AS1 and AS2 groups)were fed with the experimental diet supplemented with 5%and 10%Artemisia argyi powder,respectively.The experimental period lasted 60 days.The results showed as follows:(1)Compared with the control group,the average daily gain(ADG)of Hu sheep in AS2 group increased by 25.00%(P<0.05).(2)The content of crude fat in muscle of Hu sheep in AS2 group decreased by 7.30%(P<0.05),and the total amount of unsaturated fatty acids increased by 9.98%(P<0.05).The muscle cholesterol content and total saturated fatty acids in AS1 and AS2 groups decreased by 14.67%,26.27%and 11.56%,13.35%respectively(P<0.05),and the total polyunsaturated fatty acids increased by 15.39%and 19.84%respectively(P<0.05).(3)The contents of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),total protein(TP),globulin(GLO),the activities of alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in serum of Hu sheep in AS2 group increased by 94.64%,64.19%,127.10%,46.08%and 175.81%respectively(P<0.05),while the contents of triglyceride(TG)and malondialdehyde(MDA)decreased by 61.21%and 73.53%respectively(P<0.05).(4)The activities of amylase and trypsin in ileum contents of AS2 group increased by 27.78%and 53.54%respectively(P<0.05),and the activities of lipase and chymotrypsin in AS1 and AS2 groups increased by 29.32%,34.53%and 46.05%,81.52%respectively(P<0.05).(5)The content of Zonula Occludens-1(ZO-1)in duodenum and jejunum mucosa of Hu sheep in AS2 group increased by 23.98%and 26.84%respectively(P<0.05),and the content of Recombinant Claudin 1(CLDN1)and Occludin in ileum mucosa increased by 6.18%and 6.18%respectively(P<0.05).(6)Different proportio
