摘 要:金刚石拥有极高的硬度和优良的耐磨性,由其作为磨粒制作的金刚石工具在硬脆难加工材料的高效、精密加工方面具有不可替代的作用。然而,随着新型硬脆材料的推广应用及现代精密加工需求的不断提高,亟需开发形状复杂化、结构精细化和性能高端化的金刚石工具。与传统制造技术相比,激光增材制造技术从原理上突破传统工具的结构设计和制造模式,可实现复杂形状、微小尺寸、超薄厚度金刚石工具的精密成形,受到国内外研究者的高度关注。检索了对近几年国内外有关激光增材制造金刚石工具的文献报道,综述了金属基金刚石工具、树脂基金刚石工具的激光增材制造技术与工艺,最后指出激光增材制造金刚石工具研究现状存在的不足,同时展望了未来研究方向,为激光增材制造金刚石工具的研究和应用提供参考,推动超硬材料工具制造技术的革新与发展。Diamond has extremely high hardness and excellent wear resistance.Diamond tools made with diamond as abrasive grains play an irreplaceable role in the efficient and precise processing of hard and brittle materials.However,with the popularization and application of new hard and brittle materials and the continuous improvement of modern precision processing requirements,there is an urgent need to develop diamond tools with complex shapes,refined structures,and high-end properties.Compared with traditional manufacturing technologies,laser additive manufacturing technology breaks through the structural design and manufacturing mode of traditional tools in principle,and can achieve the precise forming of diamond tools with complex shapes,small sizes,and ultra-thin thicknesses,which has attracted high attention from researchers at home and abroad.Retrieves the literature reports on laser additive manufacturing of diamond tools at home and abroad in recent years,and reviews the laser additive manufacturing technologies and processes of metal-based diamond tools and resin-based diamond tools.Finally,it points out the deficiencies in the current research status of laser additive manufacturing of diamond tools,and looks forward to the future research directions,providing a reference for the research and application of laser additive manufacturing of diamond tools,and promoting the innovation and development of superhard material tool manufacturing technologies.
