村党组织领办合作社发展水平如何影响新型农村集体经济——以村集体经营性资产为中介

摘　　要：发展集体经济是推进共同富裕最有效的路径,村党组织领办合作社是发展集体经济和促进农民增收的重要载体。本文以山东省270个村党组织领办合作社为样本,采取问卷调查法开展调研,调查村党组织领办合作社的发展水平,并以村集体经营性资产为中介变量,通过结构方程模型,讨论村党组织领办合作社如何对新型农村集体经济产生影响。研究发现,村党组织领办合作社的发展水平对新型农村集体经济组织具有显著的正向影响,并通过村集体经营性资产对村集体经济组织产生了间接的正向影响。最终得出应该通过提高村党组织领办合作社发展水平,提高村民入社率,提升村民参与程度,优化、盘活村集体经营性资产以及促进村党组织领办合作社与村集体经济组织的深度融合等方面促进新型农村集体经济的形成。Developing the collective economy is the most effective path to achieving common prosperity,and village party organizations leading cooperatives is an important vehicle for developing the collective economy and promoting farmers’income growth.This paper took 270 villages party organizations leading cooperatives in Shandong Province as a sample,conducted research using the questionnaire survey method,investigated the development level of village party organizations leading cooperatives,and discussed how village party organizations leading cooperatives affect the new rural collective economy through the mediating variable of village collective operating assets by using structural equation modeling.The study found that,the development level of village party organizations leading cooperatives had a significant positive impact on the new rural collective economy organizations and indirectly positively affected village collective economic organizations through village collective operating assets.The conclusion was that the formation of new rural collective economy should be promoted by improving the development level of village party organizations leading cooperatives,increasing the rate of villagers joining the cooperatives,enhancing the participation of villagers,optimizing and revitalizing village collective operating assets,and promoting the deep integration of village party organizations leading cooperatives with village collective economic organizations.
