数字素养、创新能力与高素质农民生产效率提升研究——基于福建省乡村产业振兴带头人335个样本数据的实证研究

摘　　要：近年来,数字化技术的迅速发展和广泛应用促进农业生产的转型升级。在此背景下,培育作为新时代农民代表的高素质农民的数字素养,提升其生产效率,是实现乡村产业振兴的必由之路。本文基于福建省乡村产业振兴带头人“头雁”培育项目调研所得的335份高素质农民数据,使用Tobit回归及中介效应模型实证分析高素质农民数字素养及创新能力对其生产效率的影响。结果显示,高素质农民的数字素养水平对其生产效率具有显著提升作用。同时,创新能力在高素质农民的数字素养水平及其生产效率之间起到部分中介效应。据此提出以嵌入阶梯式农村数字服务、差异化开展农民培育工作、构建数字资源共享平台等方式实现高素质农民生产效率的有效提升。In recent years,the rapid development and wide application of digital technology have promoted the transformation and upgrading of agricultural production.In this context,cultivating the digital literacy of high-quality farmers as representatives of farmers in the new era and improving their production efficiency is the only way to realize the revitalization of rural industries.Based on the data of 335 high-quality farmers obtained from the survey of the“Head Goose”project of cultivating rural industry revitalization leaders in Fujian Province,this paper empirically analyzed the impact of digital literacy and innovation ability of high-quality farmers on their production efficiency by using Tobit regression and mediating effect model.The results showed that,the digital literacy level of high-quality farmers had a significant effect on their production efficiency.At the same time,innovation ability playsed a partial mediating effect between the digital literacy level and production efficiency of high-quality farmers.Based on this,it was proposed that,the production efficiency of high-quality farmers could be effectively improved by embedding stepped rural digital services,differentiating farmers’cultivation and building digital resource sharing platforms.
