摘 要:以尾巨桉DH3229为材料,使用不同浓度草甘膦进行喷施处理,观察其生长,并对过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性以及丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸、叶绿素含量等生理指标进行分析。结果表明:喷施稀释200倍的草甘膦(2.4 g/L)导致桉树叶片枯死,整株死亡,为尾巨桉DH32-29的致死浓度。在此过程中CAT、POD、SOD活性随着浓度的增加先升高后急剧降低,其中稀释600倍草甘膦(0.8 g/L)处理时CAT、POD活性最高,而在稀释400倍草甘膦(1.2 g/L)处理时SOD活性最高。MDA和脯氨酸含量则随着草甘膦浓度升高而增加,说明高浓度草甘膦对桉树幼苗伤害较大。为进一步明确草甘膦对桉树生长的影响,使用稀释200倍的草甘膦进行喷施处理,观察和分析处理不同时间对桉树生长和生理的影响,发现桉树幼苗经过16 d处理整株完全枯死。与不同浓度处理相似,随着处理时间增加,CAT、SOD、POD活性缓慢升高后急剧下降,其中CAT、SOD活性在处理8 d时最高,POD活性在处理6 d时活性最高。而叶绿素含量也随着处理时间延长不断降低。In this study,Eucalyptus urophylla×grandis clone DH3229 was selected as materials and their growth characters and physiology activity including catalase(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD)activities and the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA),proline and chlorophyll were detected under different concentrations of glyphosate spraying. The results showed that spraying glyphosate to plants with 200 times diluted glyphosate(2.4 g/L) could cause severe damages and event to die. The activities of CAT, POD and SOD significantly increased with increasing glyphosate concentration and then decreased. Meanwhile, the activities of CAT and POD reached the highest level under 0.8 g/L glyphosate while SOD activity reached the highest level under 1.2 g/L glyphosate. However, the contents of MDA and proline continuously increased with increasing glyphosate concentration, suggesting that glyphosate could severely damage the growth of Eucalyptus plant. To further clarify the effect of Eucalyptus growth of glyphosate, their growth and physiology activity of dif-ferent durations were also determined under 2.4 g/L glyphosate spraying. The whole plant die after 16 days treat-ment. The enzyme activities of CAT, SOD and POD increased slowly with the increasing duration and then sharply declined, in which CAT and SOD activities reached the highest after 8 days treatment and POD activity reached the highest after 6 days treatment. Chlorophyll content also decreased with the extension of duration.
