福清东张窑考古调查与初步研究

摘　　要：东张窑是对位于福建省福清市东张镇石坑村、半岭村、岭下村、中山村等窑址的总称。随着宋代斗茶文化的兴盛,黑釉盏开始受到追捧,并成为两宋时期茶器的代表性符号。除了举世闻名的建窑建盏外,福清东张窑也盛产黑釉盏,其烧造规模堪比建窑,是宋元时期闽江中下游规模最大烧造黑釉盏的窑场。本文以2022至2023年对东张窑进行全面调查勘探的材料为基础,对东张窑产品进行类型学考察,梳理东张窑历史发展脉络,最后结合遗址和水下考古发现,分析东张窑的性质。Dongzhang Kiln'is collectively named for the kiln sites respectively located in the villages of Shikeng,Banling,Lingxia and Zhongshan altogether in Dongzhang Town,Fuqing City,Fujian Province.Along with the Dou Cha(tea appreciation,tea competition)culture rising in the Song Dynasty,the black-glazed Zhan(small cup)prevailed and served as a representative symbol of tea sets of the Song dynasty.The Dongzhang Kiln did the same as Jian Kiln to fire a large amount of black-glazed Zhan,which made itself top-listed among the manufacturers along the middle and lower reaches of Minjiang River in the Song-Yuan period.The report based on the 2022-2023 investigation of Dongzhang Kiln sites reviews the porcelain products in type and evolution as well as the nature of Dongzhang Kiln or Dongzhang Ware with the remains in the sites and the under-water archaeological findings.
