摘 要:在新媒体中越来越多的外群体成员信息和新闻突破时空限制走进公众视野,我们更多地在新闻中接触到日常生活中“不可见”的群体。本研究基于准社会接触假说,通过一项横断面研究(N=550)检验艾滋病知识在公众新闻参与和艾滋病污名之间的中介效应;在此基础上展开一项多情境平行实验干预(N=121),检验不同接触质量影响艾滋病公众污名的异质效应。结果显示,艾滋病知识作为认知中介因素在新闻参与和艾滋病污名之间起中介作用;不同接触质量对公众污名的影响存在显著差异,为准社会接触的有效性提供多维度的因果证据。新闻媒体可以通过增加积极和知识类新闻报道,实现知识话语和反污名话语互嵌融入,让公众在新闻中更好地“看见”这一群体。本文对未来在本土语境下丰富准社会接触研究亦有启发性意义。In everyday life,news exposure increasingly brings attention to "invisible" groups.Grounded in the parasocial contact hypothesis,this study explores the mediating role of HIV knowledge in the relationship between news engagement and HIV-related public stigma through a cross-sectional study(N=550). Building on these findings,a multi-scenario parallel experimental intervention(N=121)was conducted to examine how different qualities of exposure influence HIV public stigma. The results indicate that HIV knowledge serves as a cognitive mediator,bridging the relationship between news engagement and HIV stigma. Additionally,variations in parasocial contact quality lead to significant differences in stigma reduction,providing multi-dimensional causal evidence for the effectiveness of parasocial contact. By increasing positive and knowledgebased news coverage,news organizations can integrate knowledge discourse with anti-stigma narratives,fostering greater public awareness and engagement with this marginalized group. This study also offers valuable insights for future research on enhancing parasocial contact within local contexts.
