服务贸易自由化对东亚制造业区域价值链合作的影响研究

摘　　要：在大国竞争加剧的国际环境下,推动东亚制造业区域价值链深度合作对维护中国制造业产业链安全稳定发展意义重大。文章从理论与实证两个维度考察服务贸易自由化对东亚制造业区域价值链合作的影响。研究发现东亚服务贸易自由化对制造业区域价值链合作具有显著的正向影响,制造业贸易成本的降低和产业集聚的增强是其影响机制。除对于国家安全敏感程度较高的服务业以外,东亚地区服务业和制造业类型的差异并不影响服务贸易自由化对制造业区域价值链合作的促进作用。未来需要进一步降低服务贸易壁垒,努力推动制造业与服务业的融合,强化区域内合作,从而保障区域价值链和中国制造业的稳定和安全发展。In the international environment of intensified competition among major powers,promoting the in-depth regional value chain cooperation of manufacturing industry in East Asia①is of great significance for maintaining the secure and stable development of China's manufacturing industrial chain.This paper investigates the impact of trade liberalization in services on regional value chain cooperation of manufacturing industry in East Asia from both theoretical and empirical dimensions.The research shows that trade liberalization in services in East Asia has significant positive influence on regional value chain cooperation of manufacturing industry,and the reduction in manufacturing trade costs and the enhancement of industrial agglomeration are the influencing mechanisms.Except for service industry that is highly sensitive to national security,the differences in types of service industry and manufacturing industry in East Asia do not affect the promotion effect of trade liberalization in services on regional value chain cooperation of manufacturing industry.In the future,it is necessary to further reduce barriers to trade in services,strive to promote the integration of manufacturing industry and service industry,and strengthen regional cooperation so as to ensure the stable and secure development of regional value chain and China's manufacturing industry.
