摘　　要：自特朗普政府以来,美国太空军事战略出现了重大调整,试图通过建立太空军、研发太空武器、筹划太空作战等手段谋求“主导太空”。这一战略存在战略目标上的“主导—自由”悖论,战略手段上的“能力—脆弱性”悖论,以及战略实施上的“优势—毁灭”悖论。美国太空军事战略悖论的产生有着多重原因,既有太空军备的物理效应因素,也有太空行为体安全互动的内在规律,其根源是美国霸权思维与全球治理潮流的根本背离。美国要想破解这一悖论,必须走出唯我独尊的霸权逻辑和“绝对安全”的迷思,站在人类命运共同体的高度,通过国际多边制度合作而非扩军备战护持霸权的方式追求自身的国家安全利益,与国际社会一起协力推进实质性太空军控进程,推动构建太空安全领域的人类命运共同体。Since the first term of the Trump administration,the U.S.space military strategy has undergone major adjustments,and its strategic goal has shifted from the original space security to“space dominance”,attempting to seek space hegemony by establishing space air force,accelerating space weaponization,and actively planning space operations.This strategy has the unavoidable inherent contradictions,respectively embodied in the following three paradoxes:“dominance/freedom”in the strategic goal,“capability/vulnerability”paradox in the strategic means,and“superiority/destruction”in the strategic implementation.There are multiple reasons for the emergence of the U.S.space military strategy paradox,including the physical effects of space armaments,the internal law of security interaction of space actors and the fundamental deviation between the U.S.hegemony thinking and the trend of global governance.In order to overcome this paradox,the United States should step out of its hegemonic logic and the myth of“absolute security”,stand on the height of common security of mankind,pursue its own national security interests through international multilateral system cooperation rather than military expansion and war preparations,and work with the international community to promote space arms control initiatives,thus promoting the building of a Global Community with a Shared Future in the field of space security.
