摘 要:以数智化推动城市养老服务高质量发展,是落实积极应对人口老龄化国家战略的重要举措,也是较早进入老龄化国家的路径选择。通过数智化赋能,城市养老服务能够在提高供需匹配度、增强养老服务的均衡性和可及性、完善协同监管机制等方面发挥作用。当前,在数智化赋能城市养老服务的过程中,存在现实条件制约养老服务供需匹配、阻滞服务均衡性与可及性提升、协同监管机制有待完善等问题和风险。对此,未来需要依托数智技术构建供需衔接的动态供给机制、有效配置资源的分配机制和透明互通的协同监管机制,以驱动养老服务决策优化,保障养老服务高质量发展。Digital intelligence to promote the high-quality development of urban senior care services is an important measure to implement the national strategy of actively responding to population aging,and is also the choice of countries that have entered aging earlier.Empowered by digital intelligence,urban elderly services can play a role in improving the matching of supply and demand,enhancing the balance and accessibility of elderly services,and improving the collaborative regulatory mechanism.Currently,in the process of digital intelligence-enabled urban elderly services,there are problems and risks such as the real conditions constraining the matching of supply and demand of elderly services,blocking the enhancement of the balance and accessibility of services,and improving the collaborative regulatory mechanism.In this regard,it is necessary to rely on digital intelligence technology to build a dynamic supply mechanism that matches supply and demand,a distribution mechanism that allocates resources effectively,and a collaborative supervision mechanism that is transparent and interoperable,in order to drive the optimization of decisionmaking for senior care services and ensure the highquality development of senior care services.
