摘　　要：高炉高比例球团冶炼是低碳炼铁的必然趋势,河钢集团唐钢新区为建成“绿色化、智能化、品牌化”新一代流程钢厂,自主设计制造建设了2台624 m^(2)国内最大产量的带式焙烧机,以满足大型高炉高比例球团冶炼的需求,并就优质碱性球团矿的生产开展了一系列研究。通过精粉提质、优化配矿、改善造球、优化焙烧等技术措施,成功解决了碱性球团矿低温还原粉化性能差这一技术瓶颈问题,实现了碱性球团矿保质保量地稳定生产。在此基础上,唐钢3座3000 m^(3)级高炉利用碱性球团矿成功进行了40%~60%高比例球团冶炼,通过改善原燃料质量、活跃炉缸、控制合理操作炉型,并采用高顶压、大风量、高富氧、低炉温等综合强化冶炼措施,高炉各项技术指标稳步提高,取得了较好的冶炼效果。High proportion of blast furnace pellet smelting is an inevitable trend of low-carbon iron making.In order to build a new generation of process steel mills with"green,intelligent and brand",HBIS Group Tangsteel New District independently designed and built two belt roasting machines with the largest output of 624 m^(2)in China to meet the demand for high-proportion pellet smelting in large blast furnaces.Tangsteel has carried out a series of research works on the production of high-quality alkaline pellets.Through technical measures such as fine powder quality improvement,optimization of ore allocation,improvement of pelletizing and optimization of roasting,the technical bottleneck problem of poor low temperature reducing pulverization performance of alkaline pellets has been successfully solved,and the stable production of alkaline pellets with quality and quantity has been realized.On this basis,the three 3000 m^(3)blast furnaces of Tangsteel successfully smelt 40%to 60%high proportion pellets by using basic pellets.Through improving the quality of raw fuel,activating the furnace cylinder,controlling the reasonable operation of the furnace type,and adopting comprehensive smelting measures such as high top pressure,large air volume,high oxygen enrichment and low furnace temperature,various technical indicators of the blast furnace have steadily improved and achieved good smelting results.
