摘　　要：哺乳期间的乳房问题是影响产妇母乳喂养的常见原因。做好哺乳期乳房保健,有助于提高短期和长期母乳喂养成功率,对母婴的健康具有重要意义。中医适宜技术在哺乳期乳房保健中的作用日益显现,但尚未形成统一标准。本共识通过阐述中医适宜技术在哺乳期乳房保健中的常见疗法及适用范围,以期提高中医适宜技术在哺乳期乳房保健中应用的规范化、标准化。Breast dysfunction during lactation is one of the most common reasons given by mothers for affecting breastfeeding.High-quality breast care during lactation is helpful to improve the success rate of breastfeeding,which has an important positive significance for the health of mothers and infants.The role of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)appropriate techniques in breast care during lactation has become increasingly prominent.However,there is no unified standard yet.This consensus aims to improve the standardization and normalization of the application of TCM appropriate techniques in breast care during lactation by elaborating on the common therapies and scope of application of TCM appropriate techniques.
