摘 要:母乳喂养情景模拟健康教育作为一种创新的教学模式,通过创造转换式的学习体验,实现了教学知识与临床技能实践的有效结合。该模式以情景化学习为核心,为医护人员及哺乳期女性提供了更为直观、互动的学习环境,显著提升了母乳喂养技能的掌握与应用能力。本文系统综述母乳喂养情景模拟培训的概念、健康教育的主要方式及其效果,其中,健康教育的主要方式包括基于模型辅助模拟健康教育、基于标准化患者模拟健康教育、基于虚拟现实技术的健康教育、基于虚拟仿真技术的健康教育以及基于短视频的健康教育等,并根据现有研究提出优化建议,旨在为国内进一步推广和实施母乳喂养情景模拟健康教育提供理论依据和实践参考。Scenario simulation in health education for breastfeeding,as an innovative teaching model,creates transformative learning experiences by effectively integrating theoretical knowledge with clinical skill practice.Centered on contextualized learning,this model provides a more intuitive and interactive learning environment for healthcare professionals and breastfeeding women,significantly enhancing the mastery and application of breastfeeding skills.This article systematically reviews the concept of scenario simulation training for breastfeeding,the main methods of health education,and their effectiveness.The main methods of health education include model-assisted simulation-based health education,standardized patient-based simulation health education,virtual reality technology-based health education,virtual simulation technology-based health education,and short video-based health education.Based on existing research,optimization suggestions are proposed,aiming to provide theoretical and practical references for the further promotion and implementation of scenario simulation health education for breastfeeding in China.
