脯氨酸恒格列净联合二甲双胍治疗超重型2型糖尿病的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨脯氨酸恒格列净联合二甲双胍治疗超重型2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法选取2023年1—12月溧阳市人民医院收治的超重型2型糖尿病患者68例。根据用药方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组给予二甲双胍缓释片治疗,观察组给予脯氨酸恒格列净联合二甲双胍治疗。比较两组血糖指标水平、体重情况和不良反应。结果治疗12周后,两组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平、体重指数(BMI)均低于治疗前(P<0.05),内脏脂肪面积(VFA)均小于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组FPG、2hPG、HbA1c、BMI低于对照组(P<0.05),VFA小于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间不良反应总发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脯氨酸恒格列净联合二甲双胍治疗超重型2型糖尿病,能有效控制血糖水平,改善患者体重情况,且不会增加不良反应,安全性较好。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Proline Henggliflozin combined with Metformin in the treatment of super heavy type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 68 patients diagnosed with super heavy type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Liyang People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different medications.The control group was treated with Metformin Sustained-Release Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Proline Henggliflozin Tablets on the basis of the control group.The plasma glucose index level,body weight and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 hour postprandial plasma glucose(2 hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),and body mass index(BMI)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the visceral fat area(VFA)was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05);FPG,2 hPG,HbA1 c and BMI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and VFA was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The comparative analysis of adverse reaction incidence showed no statistically significant difference between the groups during the treatment(P>0.05).Conclusions Proline Henggliflozin combined with Metformin in the treatment of super heavy type 2 diabetes can effectively control plasma glucose levels,improve the weight of patients,and will not increase adverse reactions,with good safety.
