摘　　要：痛症是临床上普遍存在的症状,广泛见于多种疾病。随着人口老龄化的加速,慢性疼痛的发病率呈直线上升趋势。这些痛症不仅给患者带来巨大的身心痛苦,还显著影响其生活质量和工作效率。针灸疗法在治疗痛症方面展现出显著优势,以其疗效显著、安全可靠、不良反应少的特点而备受推崇。在这一领域,广东省名老中医李尘做出了显著的贡献。其通过提供个性化的治疗方案,并将传统技术与现代技术相结合进行创新实践,极大地推动了针灸在痛症治疗中的应用。本文通过整理李尘针刺治疗痛症的典型案例,总结并分析其临床治疗思路和方法,旨在为现代针灸的临床实践提供重要的启示。Pain is a common clinical symptom,widely seen in a variety of diseases.With the acceleration of population aging,the incidence of chronic pain is on the rise.These pains not only bring great physical and mental pain to patients,but also significantly affect their quality of life and work efficiency.Acupuncture therapy has shown remarkable advantages in the treatment of pain,and has been highly respected for its remarkable efficacy,safety and reliability,and few adverse reactions.In this field,Li Chen,a famous doctor of traditional Chinese medicine in Guangdong Province,has made a remarkable contribution.It has greatly promoted the application of acupuncture in the treatment of pain by providing personalized treatment plans and combining traditional technology with modern technology for innovative practice.Through sorting out the typical cases of Li Chen acupuncture treatment of pain,this paper summarizes and analyzes its clinical treatment ideas and methods,aiming to provide important enlightenment for modern clinical practice of acupuncture.
