磁珠耳穴贴压联合肺康复训练辅助治疗重度极重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨磁珠耳穴贴压联合肺康复训练辅助治疗重度至极重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者的效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月于梅州市人民医院就诊的COPD患者150例,采用随机数字表法分为观察1组、观察2组和对照组,每组各50例。观察1组接受常规内科治疗及肺康复训练;观察2组在常规内科治疗及肺康复训练基础上,增加磁珠耳穴贴压;对照组仅予以内科常规治疗。疗程均为8周。比较三组中医证候评分、COPD评估测试(CAT)问卷、改良版英国医学委员会(mMRC)呼吸困难问卷评分、6min步行距离(6MWD)、中医证候疗效和不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,三组患者中医证候评分均降低,三组中医证候评分、治疗差值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组CAT评分、mMRC评分均降低,且观察1组、观察2组低于对照组,观察2组低于观察1组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组6MWD均提高,且观察1组、观察2组高于对照组,观察2组高于观察1组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察2组治疗总有效率为98.00%,高于观察1组的92.00%和对照组的84.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组、观察1组均无明显不良反应,观察2组仅磁珠耳穴贴压处红肿1例。结论磁珠耳穴贴压联合肺康复训练可改善稳定期重度至极重度COPD患者的中医证候,减轻咳嗽和呼吸困难症状,提升运动能力,并提高生活质量。Objective To explore the efficacy of magnetic bead auricular point sticking combined with pulmonary rehabilitation training in the adjuvant treatment of patients with stable severe to extremely severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 150 COPD patients who visited Meizhou People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into observation group 1,observation group 2,and control group,with 50 cases in each group.Observation group 1 received conventional internal medicine treatment and pulmonary rehabilitation training;observation group 2 received magnetic bead auricular point sticking in addition to the treatment of observation group 1;control group only received conventional internal medicine treatment.The treatment course was 8 weeks.The TCM syndrome scores,COPD Assessment Test(CAT)questionnaire scores,modified Medical Research Council(mMRC)dyspnea questionnaire scores,6-minute walk distance(6MWD),TCM syndrome therapeutic effect,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared among the three groups.Results After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the three groups decreased,and there were statistically significant differences in the scores of TCM and treatment differences among the three groups(P<0.05).The CAT score and mMRC score of the three groups decreased,and the observation group 1 and the observation group 2 were lower than the control group,and the observation group 2 was lower than the observation group 1,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the 6 MWD of the three groups increased,and the observation group 1 and the observation group 2 were higher than the control group,and the observation group 2 was higher than the observation group 1,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate in observation group 2 was 98.00%,higher than 92.00%in observation group 1 and 84.00%in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse
