摘 要:目的分析基于信息技术的质控管理模式在护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法采用整群抽样法,选取2019年1月—2022年12月广西壮族自治区荣誉军人康复医院收治的15763例患者,将2019年1月—2020年12月护理质量改进前的8587例患者纳入对照组,将2021年1月—2022年12月护理质量改进后的7176例患者纳入观察组。对照组采用常规护理质控管理模式,观察组采用基于信息技术的质控管理模式。比较两组质控结果反馈情况及工作效率、护理不良事件发生率、住院患者满意度、护理质量问题发生情况。结果改进后,住院患者满意度高于改进前(P<0.05);观察组质控结果反馈率高于对照组,PDCA循环完成时间短于对照组,护理不良事件发生率、护理文件书写、患者安全、分级护理、病房管理、急救设备器材管理、消毒隔离、腕带使用问题发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组静脉治疗护理、压力性损伤、优质护理问题发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基于信息技术的质控管理模式能够有效提高护理质量管理和工作效率,降低护理不良事件发生率,减少护理质量问题的发生,提高患者的满意度。Objective To analyze the application effect of quality control management mode based on information technology in nursing quality management.Methods A total of 15763 patients admitted to the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Disabled Veterans Rehabilitation Hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected,and 8587 patients before the improvement of nursing quality from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the control group;7176 patients with improved nursing quality from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the observation group.The control group adopted the routine nursing quality control management mode,the observation group adopted the information technology-based quality control management mode.The feedback of quality control results,work efficiency,incidence of adverse nursing events,satisfaction of hospitalized patients and occurrence of nursing quality problems were compared between the two groups.Results After improvement,the satisfaction of inpatients was higher than that before improvement(P<0.05);the feedback rate of quality control results in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the completion time of PDCA cycle was shorter than that in the control group,and the incidence rate of nursing adverse events,nursing document writing,patient safety,graded nursing,ward management,emergency equipment management,disinfection and isolation,and wristband use problems were all lower than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the rates of intravenous therapy nursing,stress injury and quality nursing problems between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The quality control management mode based on information technology can effectively improve nursing quality management and work efficiency,reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events,reduce the occurrence of nursing quality problems,and improve patients'satisfaction.
