1例嗜铬细胞瘤伴儿茶酚胺心肌病患者围手术期的护理

摘　　要：嗜铬细胞瘤伴儿茶酚胺心肌病起病急,发病快,严重危害患者的生命健康,医务人员治疗及护理难度较大。为提高患者术后的生活质量,本文报道1例嗜铬细胞瘤伴儿茶酚胺心肌病患者围手术期护理,主要包括嗜铬细胞瘤高血压危象的预防、术后常规护理及肾上腺危象等并发症的预防。患者通过充分的术前准备,手术过程顺利,围手术期未发生严重并发症。经过全院多学科诊疗会诊及泌尿外科医护团队精心的治疗与护理,患者于术后第6天康复出院,有效改善了患者的生命质量,提高了患者术后的预后效果。Pheochromocytoma with catecholamine cardiomyopathy has a rapid onset,which seriously endangers the life and health of patients,and it is difficult for medical staff to treat and care.In order to improve the postoperative quality of life of patients,this article reviewed the perioperative nursing of a case of pheochromocytoma with catecholamine cardiomyopathy,which mainly includes the prevention of pheochromocytoma hypertensive crisis,postoperative routine nursing and adrenal crisis and other complications.Through adequate preoperative preparation,the procedure was smooth and no serious complications occurred during perioperative period.After the multi-disciplinary team consultation of the whole hospital and the careful treatment and nursing of Urology Surgery,the patient recovered and was discharged from the hospital on the 6th day after surgery,which effectively improved the quality of life of the patient and improved the postoperative prognosis of the patient.
