人文关怀护理理念的心理干预在耐药结核患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨实施人文关怀护理理念的心理干预在耐药结核患者中的应用效果。观察其对负性情绪、自我认知以及治疗依从性的影响。方法选取2022年3月—2024年8月六盘水市第三人民医院收治的耐药结核患者80例,按护理方式不同分成观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施人文关怀护理理念的心理干预。比较两组干预前后负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、自我认知及治疗依从性。结果干预后,两组患者SAS、SDS评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组疾病认知、治疗方法、心理调适、社会支持评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于耐药结核患者,应用人文关怀护理理念的心理干预可有效缓解患者负性情绪,提高患者自我认知与治疗依从性,值得应用。Objective To investigate the effects of psychological intervention based on humanistic nursing concept on negative emotions,self-perception,and treatment adherence of drug-resistant tuberculosis patients.Methods A total of 80 drug-resistant tuberculosis patients admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Liupanshui from March 2022 to August 2024 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the different ways of nursing,with 40 cases in each group.The control group took routine care,and the observation group implemented the psychological intervention of humanistic care nursing concept on the basis of the control group.Negative emotions[Self-assessment Scale of Anxiety(SAS),Self-assessment Scale of Depression(SDS)],self-perception,and treatment adherence were compared between the two groups of patients before and after the intervention.Results Post-intervention analysis revealed significant improvements in both groups.the SAS and SDS scores decreased substantially from baseline levels,with the observation group demonstrating greater reductions than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of disease cognition,treatment method,psychological adjustment and social support in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Notably,the observation group achieved superior treatment adherence rates compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions For drug-resistant tuberculosis patients,the application of psychological intervention of humanistic care nursing concept can effectively alleviate patients'negative emotions,improve patients'self-knowledge and treatment compliance,which is worth application.
