摘　　要：目的探讨术前嗓音训练在支撑喉镜下声带病损切除术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年12月—2023年12月聊城市人民医院收治的80例支撑喉镜下声带病损切除术患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组术前采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用术前嗓音训练。比较两组干预前后嗓音功能指标和生活质量。结果干预前,两组频率微扰(jitter)、振幅微扰(shimmer)、噪谐比(NHR)、最长发声时间(MPT)水平及嗓音障碍指数量表(VHI)各维度评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,两组jitter、shimmer、NHR水平及VHI各维度评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组MPT均长于干预前,且观察组长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论术前嗓音训练能够有效改善支撑喉镜下声带病损切除术患者术后嗓音功能,提高其生活质量。Objective To investigate the effects of preoperative voice training on voice function and quality of life in patients undergoing laryngoscopic resection for vocal band lesions.Methods From December 2021 to December 2023,a total of 80 patients with laryngoscopic resection of vocal band lesions in Liaocheng People's Hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group by random number table method.While the control group received standard preoperative care protocols,the observation group additionally underwent structured preoperative voice rehabilitation training.Noise function index and quality of life before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in frequency perturbation(jitter),amplitude perturbation(shimmer),noise to harmonic ratio(NHR),maximum phonation time(MPT)and Voice Handicap Index(VHI)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,jitter,shimmer,NHR and VHI scores in both groups were lower than before intervention,and observation group were lower than control group;MPT was longer than before intervention,and observation group was longer than control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Preoperative voice training can effectively improve the voice function and improve the quality of life of patients undergoing laryngoscopic resection for vocal band lesions.
