摘　　要：目的探讨抗凝剂和标本静置时间对不同原理便携式血糖仪比对结果的影响,寻找最合适的抗凝剂以及最佳的标本静置时间。方法选取肝素钠、枸橼酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钾(EDTA-K_(2))三种抗凝剂标本各5管,覆盖低、中、高浓度。将每份标本平均分成两份,分别用于全自动生化分析仪和两种血糖仪的检测,以评估其正确度。同时,对同一样本用同一便携式血糖仪重复测定20次,以评估其精密度。在标本采集后10、20、30、40、50、60min时分别对标本进行检测,并将不同时间点的检测结果与生化仪的结果进行比对,以评估标本静置时间对检测结果的影响。结果进口品牌A血糖仪,三种抗凝剂标本的精密度均为100%。与生化仪比对时,正确度均为100%,且于60 min内完成比对,比对结果均合格。国产品牌B血糖仪,三种抗凝剂标本的精密度均为100%。与生化仪比对时,肝素钠、枸橼酸钠、EDTA-K2抗凝管标本的正确度分别为80%、100%和40%。其中,肝素钠抗凝管标本需在60 min内完成比对,枸橼酸钠抗凝管标本需在50 min内完成比对,比对结果均合格;而EDTA-K2抗凝管标本的正确度不符合要求。结论进口品牌A血糖仪,三种抗凝剂在血糖仪比对中的精密度和正确度均符合要求,且在60 min内完成比对,比对结果均合格;国产品牌B血糖仪,三种抗凝剂的精密度均符合要求,但EDTA-K2抗凝管标本的正确度不符合要求。肝素钠抗凝管标本应在60 min内完成比对,枸橼酸钠抗凝管标本应在50 min内完成比对,比对结果均合格。Objective To investigate the effects of anticoagulant and specimen resting time on the comparison results of portable blood glucose meters with different principles,and to find the most suitable anticoagulant and the best specimen resting time.Methods 5 tubes of heparin sodium,sodium citrate and EDTA-K2 were selected to cover low,medium and high concentrations.Each sample was evenly divided into two parts and tested by a fully automated biochemical analyzer and two blood glucose meters to assess its accuracy.At the same time,the same sample was repeated 20 times with the same portable glucose meter to evaluate its precision.Specimens were detected at 10,20,30,40,50 and 60 min after specimen collection,and the detection results at different time points were compared with the results of biochemical instrument to evaluate the influence of specimen resting time on the detection results.Results The precision of three kinds of anticoagulant samples of imported brand A blood glucose meter was 100%.When compared with the biochemical instrument,the accuracy was 100%,and the comparison was completed within 60 minutes,and the comparison results were qualified.Domestic brand B blood glucose meter,the precision of three anticoagulant samples are 100%.The accuracy of heparin sodium,sodium citrate and EDTA-K2 anticoagulant tube specimens was 80%,100%and 40%,respectively.Among them,the anticoagulant tube specimen of heparin sodium should be compared within 60 min,and the anticoagulant tube specimen of sodium citrate should be compared within 50 min,and the comparison results were qualified.However,the accuracy of EDTA-K2 anticoagulation tube specimen does not meet the requirements.Conclusions The precision and accuracy of the three anticoagulants in the blood glucose meter of imported brand A meet the requirements,and the comparison is completed within 60 minutes,and the comparison results are qualified.The precision of the three anticoagulants met the requirements of the domestic brand B blood glucose meter,but the accuracy of
