双人核对联合精细化管理在药房管理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析药房管理中双人核对联合精细化管理的应用效果。方法以22名药房药师为对象,分别于2023年10月—2024年3月采用传统管理方式(一般组),于2024年4—9月行双人核对与精细化管理相结合的管理模式(实践组)。比较前后管理质量、工作效率、不良事件及管理满意率。结果实践组管理质量评分、管理总满意率高于一般组,药品调剂时间、取药等待时间、药品核对时间短于一般组,不良事件总发生率低于一般组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双人核对联合精细化管理方案能使药房管理质量得到全面提升,缩短药品管理各环节的耗时,提升药品管理效率,减少各环节内的不良事件,确保药房管理满意率。Objective To analyze the application effect of two-person check combined fine management in pharmacy management.Methods A sample of 22 pharmacists were selected to adopt the traditional management mode(general group)from October 2023 to March 2024,and the management mode(practice group)combined with two-person check and fine management from April to September 2024,respectively.The management quality,work efficiency,adverse events and management satisfaction rate were compared before and after.Results The management quality score and total satisfaction rate of the practice group were higher than those of the general group,the drug dispensing time,waiting time for taking medicine and drug checking time were shorter than those of the general group,and the total incidence of adverse events was lower than that of the general group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The two-person verification combined fine management scheme can comprehensively improve the quality of pharmacy management,shorten the time of drug management,improve the efficiency of drug management,reduce adverse events in each link,and ensure the satisfaction rate of pharmacy management.
