摘　　要：总结李盛华教授治疗腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar disc herniation,LDH)的阶梯化治疗体系,其内容涵盖非手术治疗(如卧床、药物、手法及物理疗法)、微创技术(如单通道内镜、UBE)及腰椎融合术等,强调各阶梯治疗方案的合理选择及应用中的注意事项。该阶梯化治疗模式旨在为患者提供个性化、精准化的治疗选择,可以提高患者满意度,优化医疗资源分配,并推动脊柱外科的发展。The article summarizes professor Li Shenghua´s stepwise treatment for lumbar disc herniation(LDH)encompassing non-surgical treatment(including bed rest,medicine,manipulation and physical therapy),minimally invasive techniques(such as uniportal endoscopic surgery and unilateral biportal endoscopy surgery)and lumbar spinal fusion,which emphasizes the rational selection of the stepwise treatment plans and the precautions to be taken in its application.Stepwise therapeutic mode,designed to provide patients with personalised and precise treatment options,could improve patient satisfaction,optimize the allocation of medical resources and promote the development of spine surgery.
