活血化瘀类中药治疗动脉粥样硬化的作用机制研究

摘　　要：对近五年活血化瘀中药(水蛭)、方剂(血府逐瘀汤、新血府逐瘀汤)、中成药(芎芍胶囊、通心络胶囊、参红通络颗粒、鳖甲煎丸、复方丹参滴丸、活络效灵丹、通心痹合剂、复方三七颗粒)、复方注射液及其提取物(三七总皂苷、丹参酮、人参皂苷、谷红注射液、冠心宁注射液)治疗动脉粥样硬化的作用靶点进行分析。从调节血脂代谢、稳定斑块、抗炎作用、细胞自噬、抑制血管平滑肌的增殖和迁移、保护血管内皮、抗血小板凝集等方面论述了活血化瘀法治疗动脉粥样硬化作用机制的实验研究进展。The paper analyzed the targets of action of traditional Chinese medicines for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis(leech),the prescriptions(Xuefu Zhuyu Tang,and the new decoction),and Chinese patent drugs(Xiongshao capsules,Tongxinluo capsules,Shenhong Tongluo granules,Biejiajian pills,compound Danshen dripping pills,Huoluo Xiaoling pills,Tongxinbi mixture and compound Sanqi granules),as well as compound injection and its extracts including total saponin of Sanqi(notoginseng radix et rhizoma),tanshinone,ginsenoside,Guhong injection and Guanxinning injection in the treatment of atherosclerosis.Progress of experimental research on the mechanism of action of the method of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the treatment of atherosclerosis is stated from regulating blood lipid metabolism,stabilizing plaque,anti-inflammatory effects,cellular autophagy,inhibiting the proliferation and migration of vascular smooth muscle,protecting vascular endothelium and resisting platelet aggregation.
