针刺调节tau蛋白过度磷酸化干预阿尔茨海默病机制的研究进展

摘　　要：整理蛋白激酶糖原合成激酶3β(glycogen synthase kinase 3β,GSK-3β)、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(mitogen-activated protein kinase,MAPK)、细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶5(cyclin dependent kinase 5,CDK5)与磷酸酶2A(phosphothreonyl protein phosphatase 2A,PP2A)蛋白酶对微管蛋白相关单位(tubulin-associated unit,tau)蛋白磷酸化,以及针刺调节tau蛋白磷酸化的机制,系统阐述针刺干预阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer´s disease,AD)进程中的tau蛋白磷酸化机制,为阐明针刺干预AD的tau蛋白途径提供参考。By sorting out the mechanism of the effects of GSK-3β,MAPK,CDK5 and PP2A protease on tau protein hyperphosphorylation,as well as the regulation of tau protein hyperphosphorylation by acupuncture,the mechanism of tau protein hyperphosphorylation in the process of acupuncture intervention for AD was systematically elucidated,in order to provide the reference for clarifying the tau protein pathway of acupuncture intervention for AD.
