摘 要:由于微电子电路电源面对的噪声干扰频率较高,导致传统调频控制方法难以保障电源供电质量,提出基于多尺度形态学滤波的微电子电路电源调频控制方法。基于多尺度形态学滤波器去除高频噪声信号,采用锁相环技术,根据输入的参考电源信号频率与输出的反馈电源信号频率之间的差异生成误差信号,用于动态调整电源频率,完成微电子电路电源调频控制。实验结果表明,设计方法控制下电源输出电压总谐波失真(Total Harmonic Distortion,THD)值未超过0.5%,验证了该方法的合理性和有效性。Because of the high frequency of noise interference faced by microelectronic circuit power supply,it is difficult to ensure the quality of power supply by traditional frequency modulation control methods.A frequency modulation control method of microelectronic circuit power supply based on multi-scale morphological filtering is proposed.Based on the multi-scale morphological filter,the high-frequency noise signal is removed,and the phase-locked loop technology is adopted to generate an error signal according to the difference between the input reference power signal frequency and the output feedback power signal frequency,which is used to dynamically adjust the power frequency and complete the power frequency modulation control of microelectronic circuits.The experimental results show that the Total Harmonic Distortion(THD)of the power supply output voltage under the control of the design method does not exceed 0.5%,which verifies the rationality and effectiveness of the method.
