丹参化瘀颗粒治疗耳源性眩晕气虚血瘀型临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察丹参化瘀颗粒治疗耳源性眩晕气虚血瘀型的疗效。方法:120例随机分为安慰剂组和治疗组各60例,安慰剂组用安慰剂,治疗组用丹参化瘀颗粒。结果:总有效率治疗组高于安慰剂组(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组中医证候评分、前庭症状指数、眩晕残障程度评分低于治疗前(P<0.05),Berg平衡量表评分高于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:丹参化瘀颗粒治疗耳源性眩晕气虚血瘀型疗效较好,可改善临床症状、前庭功能及血液流变学指标。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Danshen Huayu Granules in the treatment of otogenic vertigo of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods:A total of 120 cases were randomly divided into the placebo group and the treatment group,with 60 cases in each group.The placebo group were treated with placebo,while the treatment group were treated with Danshen Huayu Granules.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the placebo group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,vestibular symptom index and vertigo disability score of the treatment group were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the Berg balance scale score was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Danshen Huayu Granules are effective in the treatment of otogenic vertigo with qi deficiency and blood stasis type,which could improve clinical symptoms,vestibular function and hemorheological indexes.
