痛泻要方联合穴位贴敷治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征肝郁脾虚证临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位贴敷联合痛泻要方加减治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征肝郁脾虚证的疗效。方法:150例随机分为对照组、治疗A组和治疗B组各50例,对照组给予双歧杆菌三联活菌片口服,治疗A组予以痛泻要方加减治疗,治疗B组在治疗A组基础上配合穴位贴敷治疗。治疗4周。结果:治疗后3组症状评分低于治疗前,IBS-QOL评分高于治疗前,且治疗A组和治疗B组症状评分低于对照组,IBS-QOL评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗B组总有效率高于治疗A组(P<0.05)。停药4周治疗A组和治疗B组复发率均低于对照组(P<0.01),治疗B组复发率低于治疗A组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷联合痛泻要方加减治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征肝郁脾虚证疗效较好,复发率低。Objective:To observe the efficacy of acupoint application combined with modified Tongxie Yaofang in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome.Methods:A total of 150 patients were randomly divided into three groups:the control group,treatment group A,and treatment group B,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received oral administration of Bifidobacterium triple viable tablets,treatment group A was treated with modified Tongxie Yaofang,and treatment group B received acupoint application in addition to the treatment given to group A.The treatment duration was 4 weeks.Results:After treatment,symptom scores in all three groups were lower than before treatment,and IBS-QOL scores were higher than before treatment.Symptom scores in treatment groups A and B were significantly lower than those in the control group,while IBS-QOL scores were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate in treatment group B was higher than that in treatment group A(P<0.05).At 4 weeks after discontinuation of treatment,the recurrence rates in treatment groups A and B were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the recurrence rate in treatment group B was lower than that in treatment group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of acupoint application and modified Tongxie Yaofang is effective in treating IBS-D with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome,with a low recurrence rate.
