清毒通脉方治疗血栓性浅静脉炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察清毒通脉方治疗血栓性浅静脉炎的疗效。方法:180例随机分为对照组和治疗组各90例。治疗组给予清毒通脉方治疗,对照组给予迈之灵治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后两组红肿、疼痛、色素沉着、条索状物,纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体、白细胞计数、血小板计数及红细胞压积均改善(P<0.05),且治疗组改善好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清毒通脉方治疗血栓性静脉炎疗效较好。Objective:To observe the efficacy of Qingdu Tongmai Formula in the treatment of superficial thrombophlebitis.Methods:A total of 180 patients were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 90 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Qingdu Tongmai Formula,while the control group received Aescuven Forte(horse chestnut extract).Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,both groups showed improvements in symptoms such as redness,swelling,pain,pigmentation,and cord-like indurations,as well as in laboratory indicators including fibrinogen,D-dimer,white blood cell count,platelet count,and hematocrit(P<0.05).The improvements in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingdu Tongmai Formula is effective in the treatment of superficial thrombophlebitis.
