手法复位外固定配合清肿活血方治疗桡骨远端骨折

摘　　要：目的:观察手法复位外固定配合清肿活血方治疗桡骨远端骨折的效果。方法:86例随机分为对照组和治疗组各43例。两组均采取手法复位外固定治疗,治疗组加用消肿活血方治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组消肿时间、愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),干预后治疗组掌倾角、尺偏角均优于对照组(P<0.05),干预后治疗组VAS评分、BMD值优于对照组(P<0.05),干预后治疗组PINP、BGP、CTX-1指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:手法复位外固定配合清肿活血方治疗桡骨远端骨折疗效较好。Objective:To observe the efficacy of manual reduction with external fixation combined with Xiaozhong Huoxue Formula in the treatment of distal radius fractures.Methods:Eighty-six patients were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 43 cases in each group.Both groups underwent manual reduction with external fixation,while the treatment group was additionally treated with Xiaozhong Huoxue Formula.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time for swelling reduction and fracture healing in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the treatment group showed better outcomes in palmar tilt angle and ulnar deviation angle compared to the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the treatment group had lower Visual Analog Scale(VAS)scores and better bone mineral density(BMD)values than the control group(P<0.05).Furthermore,the treatment group demonstrated superior levels of PINP,BGP,and CTX-1 compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Manual reduction with external fixation combined with Xiaozhong Huoxue Formula is effective in the treatment of distal radius fractures.
