温针灸结合通络活血方治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察温针灸结合通络活血方治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的疗效。方法:84例用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各42例。两组均予以温针灸治疗,观察组加用通络活血方治疗,两组均治疗14d。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组生理职能、情感职能、活力、社会功能、精神健康及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组血清IL-6、IL-1β及TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸结合通络活血方治疗LDH能够提高疗效。Objective:To observe the efficacy of warm acupuncture combined with Tongluo Huoxue Formula in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:Eighty-four patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table,with 42 cases in each group.Both groups received warm acupuncture treatment,while the observation group was additionally treated with Tongluo Huoxue Formula.The treatment duration for both groups was 14 days.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Visual Analog Scale(VAS)score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the observation group showed higher scores in role-physical,role-emotional,vitality,social functioning,mental health,and overall quality of life compared to the control group(P<0.05).Furthermore,serum levels of IL-6,IL-1β,and TNF-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warm acupuncture combined with Tongluo Huoxue Formula could improve the therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of LDH.
