壮腰止痛方治疗腰椎间盘突出症寒湿痹阻型临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察壮腰止痛方治疗腰椎间盘突出症寒湿痹阻型的效果。方法:100例随机分为对照组和实验组各50例,对照组给予塞来昔布胶囊治疗,实验组给予壮腰止痛方治疗。结果:实验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组TNF-α、IL-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05),实验组疼痛评分、ODI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:壮腰止痛方治疗腰椎间盘突出症寒湿痹阻型效果较好。Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Zhuangyao Zhitong Formula in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH)with cold-dampness obstruction syndrome.Methods:A total of 100 patients were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with celecoxib capsules,while the experimental group received Zhuangyao Zhitong Formula.Results:The total effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,pain scores and Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhuangyao Zhitong Formula demonstrates significant efficacy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with cold-dampness obstruction syndrome.
