火针联合通痹汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察火针联合通痹汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:62例随机分为针药组和对照组各31例。对照组用塞来昔布治疗,针药组用火针及通痹汤加减治疗。结果:针药组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后两组VAS评分、ODI评分、TNF-α、I L-1β、I L-6均降低且针药组低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后两组JOA评分均升高且针药组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:火针联合通痹汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效较好。Objective:To observe the efficacy of fire needle therapy combined with modified Tongbi Decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:Sixty-two patients were randomly divided into a fire needle plus herbal medicine group and a control group,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with celecoxib,while the fire needle plus herbal medicine group received fire needle therapy and modified Tongbi Decoction.Results:The total effective rate in the fire needle plus herbal medicine group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,both groups showed reductions in Visual Analog Scale(VAS)scores,Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)scores,and levels of TNF-α,IL-1β,and IL-6,with the fire needle plus herbal medicine group demonstrating lower values than the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)scores increased in both groups after treatment,with the fire needle plus herbal medicine group showing higher scores than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fire needle therapy combined with modified Tongbi Decoction is effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
