五妙水仙膏配合火针治疗多发性扁平疣疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察五妙水仙膏配合火针治疗多发性扁平疣的治疗效果。方法:120例随机分成两组各60例。对照组给予火针治疗,治疗组给予五妙水仙膏联合火针治疗。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为81.7%和66.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组DLQI评分均降低且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:五妙水仙膏配合火针治疗多发性扁平疣效果较好,复发率低,无明显不良反应。Objective:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Wumiao Shuixian Ointment combined with fire needle therapy in the treatment of multiple flat warts.Methods:A total of 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 60 patients in each group.The control group received fire needle therapy alone,while the treatment group was treated with Wumiao Shui Xian Ointment combined with fire needle therapy.Results:The total effective rates in the treatment group and the control group were 81.7%and 66.7%respectively,with a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI)scores decreased in both groups,and the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wumiao Shuixian Ointment combined with fire needle therapy is effective in the treatment of multiple flat warts,with a low recurrence rate and no significant adverse reactions.
