中药内服外用治疗霉菌性阴道炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药内服外用治疗霉菌性阴道炎(VVC)的效果。方法:80例随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组用加减龙胆泻肝汤联合中药熏洗。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组中医证候积分、阴道pH值低于对照组,各维度GQOLI-74高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:加减龙胆泻肝汤联合中药熏洗治疗霉菌性阴道炎效果较好,且安全。Objective:To observe the efficacy of oral and external application of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC).Methods:Eighty patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,while the observation group was treated with modified Longdan Xiegan Decoction combined with TCM fumigation and washing.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group showed lower TCM syndrome scores and vaginal pH values compared to the control group,while scores in all dimensions of the GQOLI-74 were higher in the observation group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified Longdan Xiegan Decoction combined with TCM fumigation and washing is effective and safe in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis.
