复元活血汤辅治下肢骨折术后肿胀临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察复元活血汤辅治下肢骨折术后肿胀的效果。方法:100例随机分为治疗组与对照组各50例。两组均于手术后用常规西药,治疗组加用复元活血汤。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组中医证候评分低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组VAS评分及肿胀程度改善优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后两组凝血功能较治疗前改善(P<0.05),两组下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复原活血汤辅治下肢骨折术后肿胀疗效较好。Objective:To observe the efficacy of Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction as an adjunctive treatment for postoperative swelling in lower limb fractures.Methods:A total of 100 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional Western medicine after surgery,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group showed greater improvements in Visual Analog Scale(VAS)scores and swelling reduction compared to the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,coagulation function improved in both groups compared to pre-treatment levels(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of deep vein thrombosis(DVT)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction is effective as an adjunctive treatment for postoperative swelling in lower limb fractures.
