中药敷脐治疗原发性痛经临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药贴脐治疗原发性痛经的效果。做法:116例随机分成两组各58例,治疗组用生化汤加减加芍药甘草汤敷脐治疗,对照组口服月舒痛经宝颗粒治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组98.3%。对照组74.1%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药敷脐治疗原发性痛经疗效较好。Objective:To observe the efficacy of Chinese herbal umbilical application in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Methods:A total of 116 patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 58 patients in each group.The treatment group received umbilical application of modified Shenghua Decoction combined with Shaoyao Gancao Decoction,while the control group was treated with oral Yueshu Tongjingbao Granules.Results:The total effective rate was 98.3%in the treatment group and 74.1%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese herbal umbilical application is effective in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.
